Has a lot of potential, BBQ is actually pretty good (our household is half Texan so we are picky) we had the brisket platter, which confused me at first because the serve the brisket pulled and this was the first time I had ever had it that way and not sliced. The problem is that the bark was very heavy with pepper and spreads throughout the meat, so hope you like pepper. The sides where good which is where most Australian BBQ joints make a mess of things. Slaw, Mac cheese and potato salad where good but I’d give the beans a miss. Also had the chicken wings, which I’ve had smoked at other places but they do a southern fry which I don’t think really works unless the pieces are broken up or you use different cuts.

Awesome food! The meaty was nice and juicy, the sides were tasty and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend going on an empty stomach too as the meals are huge!

Well, I have to say that if you order a meal you get a MEAL!! It was so worth it (even though I had to take half of it home as I couldn’t finish it!!) I had the bbq pork ribs and they were cooked spot on!! The wife had the pulled pork and it was also delish!!!

I just came across this restaurant by accident and just loved it. The whole food court concept was brilliant but we ate at Wild Bill’s and totally fell in love with the food. I could see some different smokers and asked about them and the owner talked to me about the equipment, the cooking process, even the wood is carefully selected. He was clearly passionate about his food and it showed. I wish I was able to eat here every day, the food is amazing and I 100% recommend

Best cooked meat ever. Third time we’ve eaten here and it is yet to disappoint. Personal family favourites are pork ribs, pepper ribs, beef brisket and pulled beef. Meat just melts in your mouth. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend to all meat lovers and even those who aren’t. You never know, you may be converted. Lol. Enjoy everyone 🙂
