Very flacky pastry. Loads of bacon. Would highly recommend going here.

We stopped for lunch, noticed that locals were getting their’s here too. We got 2 pies and a sausage roll – all were excellent, the pies were the perfect temperature for eating, and pastry stayed intact throughout. The sausage roll was also very tasty. A great find

We both had chunky steak pies, great ratio of filling to pastry. Gravy to meat ratio was perfect too. Friendly people

Bought 2 pies, both were good. Nice pastry, a good amount of meat and (in my pie) lots of tasty mushrooms.

We are from Mackay and we stopped at Proserpine to get supplies and thought we would get a nice pie from the bakery and we went here, the pies were the smallest we’ve even seen and were charged almost $8 each, they weren’t that bad but they were cold wouldn’t recommend going here

Coffee was a bit expensive. Was going to get a pie as well but didn’t after I saw the sauce packets going for 70c.

My experience at this bakery was one of the best pies I have ever had. The Mexican pies need no tomato sauce at all. Just divine and by the way we also had a sausage roll at the BP and this bakery’s sausage rolls were delicious!!!! Well done.
