Loved this restaurant! Dined early at 5:30pm. Service was great. The order they bring out dishes was perfect. All the dishes were so delicious, especially the Beef Baos, could eat those all day, so much crunch and perfect buns with delicious beef. Serving sizes were great. Also atmosphere in restaurant very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely ambience for a date. Food was quickly served and fresh and delicious. Beautifully seasoned. The garlic ramen was different to the tonkotsu I’m used to but it was still really nice, however I think I prefer tontotsu. The beef baos were a highlight

Busy restaurant due to limit space. The small ramen was flavourful yet pricey. The hand made noodle cost extra to make it authentic. Apart from the ramen, the rest were average and not worth it. Better than Ramentic, and compare to Ramen O, this broth was less salty, so I will be back for the noodle.

White Chaco does not just offer exceptional food. The thing that impresses me the most about this place is the passion they have and have always managed to convey through each dish from day 1. They understand what great food is, and with their innovative ideas, they never fail me each time I eat there. Fresh ingredients, no compromise on their quality of food and customer service even during peak COVID shutdown period, very reasonable price for the great quality food you get, all these things make White Chaco one of the best restaurants in Canberra. It’s a hidden gem, without a doubt.
