This is a treasure. You can be surprised sometimes by what initiatives people take in the most unexpected places, and this is one. Hats of to Jim and his team of very welcoming and competent tour operators. They’re friendly, warm and welcoming; informative and hospitable. The service is excellent and the food wonderful.
