Ordered at 6:20. Fish and chips provided at 7pm. As I waited I watched as my chips went cold in the bain marie whilst my feet were sticking to the floor. The staff were arguing amongst themselves. When I got my order it was missing the pickled onion. I got an extra large serve of chips opposed to the minimum I ordered. One flakes batter was raw.

First time ordered from here via UberEats. Decent fish and chip style burger, probably not the best for delivery though. Pictured is the ultimate grilled chicken burger with the chips. Contents were good, flavours are good, just a bit soggy on the delivery. Generous amount of chips, but also became soggy. Worth trying in-store.

There were only several young kids (4) running the place, and it showed. I waited some time to be served while they chatted and mucked around amongst themselves, then was told to come back in 10 minutes (I did and it was an additional 10 minutes again, even though I had placed a phone order). They then gave me my order and I went home, only to find more than half the order missing. I called and they said I could come and get the rest or get a store credit, I went back as there was not enough food there for 2 people otherwise. It was delicious but not sure if I will return after this experience.

Bro the customer service sucks I would not recommend it. food had flies and hair in it. They were making fun of my accent. I wish I could give negative stars but I can’t. Fake menus they say it’s cheap but when you go to pay for it it’s 5 dollars more. Not happy at all please never go hear do not recommend hi owner this was yesterday at at around 4 pm

First time trying this shop, ordered through uber eats. wasn’t expecting so much food for how cheap it is! burger was delish, however a bit soggy but that’s understandable because i got it delivered. Can I ask what is inside your spring roll? I did not like it, tasted odd. Chips were perfect, banana and pineapple fritter was amazing it hit the spot. thank you for your service
