Glad to have found a local pho place that serves hearty food and is close to home. We had the special combination pho and the pork chop with tomato rice. Both very delicious and very home-ly. My pho came with a pork bone with meat which was so soft and melts in your mouth. The broth was flavorful but light and not oily. The pork chop although not the crispiest, was super tender and marinated very well. The tomato rice was also a highlight; it’s more like a tomato fried rice than tomato sauce rice.
