Very disappointed. Ordered take away. Took nearly an hour and food arrived cold. Also had the slow cooked beef and it was very dry. Not happy. Called them to advise what happened and they just send well it left here as soon as it was cooked. So they took no blame. Never going back

This was my first time going here. The reviews were pretty low, so I went there with lower expectations. At first glance, the tables and place were pretty clean. It was only us in here, so the food came quickly. We had the Chicken Pho, Beef Pho, and Tomato rice with chicken. The presentation was overall adequate. The chicken pho was great. The broth was clean, and there were a lot of noodles. The beef pho was the same, good. Now, the reason I rated this place 4 stars was the tomato rice. The rice had a unique taste. I couldn’t really put my finger on what it was at first taste. It had a bit of a chewy texture, and it was a bit sweet. The chicken was….crispy. It was dry and flavourless without the sauce. I don’t recommend the chicken. Overall a great experience and I recommend going there for a light meal.

Ordered take away BBH. Best BBH I’ve tried in Melbourne so far. Added the side of chilli into it and the taste was just . I am guessing you separate the intense chilli side from the BBH because of your usual customer base, but thanks for including the spicy chilli side to balance the tastes for the more daring. The meats were precooked in the takeaway container, definitely a plus! Soup was separated from the solids, another plus! The whole dish just tasted so good. I’ll definitely be going back to try the rest of their food also! If you are passing by Taylors Hill shopping centre or considering ordering this through a delivery app then stop hesitating and try it out! The restaurant was very clean when I visited it and the staff are friendly. Cutlery and serviettes are readily available. I note some low reviews complaining about those things but I just didn’t see an issue with that.
