Excellent experience at this restaurant on Friday night. Easy to book and decor and ambience is some of the best I have had the pleasure of visiting. Everything we had ordered was very tasty and well flavoured. This included the prawn toast and dumplings as part of the entrees. Mains included Fried Rice, Singapore noodles, Satay Chicken and Beef Rendang. other reccomendations include the local Cab Sav from Traralgon vineyards.

Absolute rubbish food and service. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d rate them. Here’s why…. We spent almost $150 on our meals and discovered missing items. Staff at restaurant were unwilling to accept fault, were extremely rude and abrupt stating that they were too busy to deal with the matter and to call back at a quieter time. So essentially these guys were happy to rack in the cash but were unwilling to resolve our issue until the cash grab was over. Missing items ruined the whole meal experience.

Have been going to Wan Loy since they first came to Traralgon. Always fresh, super tasty and for a family of 5 very reasonably priced. But since the new owners have taken over the restaurant the food is appallingly and will over price themselves out of business. When in town shopping we would have the lunch special for the two of us and a can of drink for around $27 dollars last week the exact things cost us $40 for a lot of rubbish. Never will we go back. A very loyal costumer will now try Oriental Jade. Shame.

We had two members of our group with disabilities and the waitress dealing with us was so incredibly accommodating and friendly. They allowed us alternative access for one of our group who has mobility issues, so it made the difference between them being able to actually go out. And the meal was yummy. Thank you for making it so special
