Beautiful gardens then it falls apart when you get inside, terrible service from staff who don’t like to acknowledge customers then bang and clang all the cupboards behind the counter or eat food. The Coffee is terrible and multiple times I’ve headed there for the eggs Benedict to be told when ordering they don’t have it available that day. Do yourself a favour and head across the road to Purple Haze.

What a gem this place is! We ordered from the lunch specials and they all tasted heavenly for reasonably priced meals. The servings are big so you can probably share a meal. I earnestly wish this cafe was not 488kms from where we live as we really enjoyed the food and we would have been regulars. This totally changed my husband’s idea of cafe food. We always find it difficult to find somewhere to eat lunch in little towns as shops close quite early so I’m glad I insisted that we try this cafe rather than go to the closest Macca’s when I found that they were still open.

I came in 45 minutes before breakfast ends, had the staff and kitchen staff refuse to make food from the breakfast menu as it was apparently too close to the end of service. As if 45 minutes isn’t enough time to make some eggs benny.
