We absolutely loved everything about this place. We went for my partners birthday, and the whole experience was perfect. Amazing service (which can be hard to find here), food was delicious and fresh, beautiful wine and they even surprised us by singing Happy Birthday when they brought our dessert out. 10/10. Will be back,!

Visited this place a week go due to being one of the popular places in Freo. Got seated at window seats due to walk in and no booking (understandable) . Grilling seats due to straight shooting under the sun which no one is aware of. Menus are written on board and have to take a picture to order food. Only drinks menu were handed out. Ordered two entrees and two mains for 2 people. While taking orders, waiter kept asking to order drinks a few times when we kept saying we are ok as is. Changed to inside seating near the bar as getting too hot under the direct sun light. Have to follow up with the waiter as food was taking longer than usual to arrive. And this is what our disappointment began. They forgot our entrees and brought out the mains. Portions were quite small for the mains. I checked again and different waitress came up and apologised after 15 min when we nearly finished our mains that they forgot our entrees and yet no offer being made to make it up their bad service. Asked us whether we want to order more food which surprised me that I have never encountered this before.

Nice atmosphere although very busy for dinner on Saturday night. The ciabatta was nice, but sadly was the highlight of our dinner. Pasta was underwhelming – the tagliatelle ossobuco was lacklustre and overpriced. The potato agnolotti was okay but a small serving size. Food menu on the chalkboards are inconvenient if not seated near them and provide little description of the meal. They do have an extensive wine menu if you want to purchase by the bottle, and a limited but nice selection of wines by the glass.
