ASIAN FUSION. ORIENTAL SMOKEHOUSE. Australia’s First Oriental Smokehouse. We take big Asian flavours and fuse them with Slow Smoked Texan BBQ. There’s nothing traditional about us! We’re wildly different. Even our Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup) has been infused with smoke brisket jus.

A bit of a twist on Vietnamese food. Quite nice all around. The smoked meat is pretty good but I am personally not really into smoked meats so won’t go often. There are better places for pho but good enough if you want to try something different.

Front of house are nice and friendly staff. However the kitchen was quite unprofessional and the chefs were unqualified, inexperienced and not concerned, as one of our main dishes was a soft shell crab which was frozen inside. The frozen dish was dissapointing, once we brought this to their attention the chef was nice enough to come out and offer compensation however we ended up canceling in the end. We still expected compensation on our paid items at least from them once it came to paying, also because this had happened on a quiet night.
