Chicken Schnitzel & chips with the mushroom sauce is incredible. Massive portion. However the pizza is pretty bad, they put way too many ingredients on it making it sloppy and falling apart. My pizza was soooo soggy it had completely disintegrated the pizza box. I had to take it back for a new one which was disappointing as it was delivered. They refunded me the delivery fee but they should have thrown in a free garlic bread or something for the inconvenience. It won’t stop me ordering from there but hopefully they look at doing real NY style pizza and stop smothering it in ingredients, and cook it longer for a crispy base. More isn’t always better!

The absolute worst pizza in Sunbury! No flavour and worst of all ordered a vegetarian pizza and found pieces of chicken throughout. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of care and overall quality in the food and hospitality. The staff offered to make us a fresh pizza and said it won’t be very long. Whilst waiting in store for them to remake our pizza, after 15 minutes we asked how much longer it would be, they pulled the pizza off the warming rack/shelves, after knowing we were waiting right there the staff couldn’t care less about trying to redeem themselves after they served us with a cross contaminated pizza with meat on it, who knows how long it had been sitting there. Didn’t even take the second pizza after all of that, full refund and will never be a customer there again.

No issues with the Pizzas, I asked for an extra chicken strip which I was happy to pay for ( chicken strip and chips box). The staff said ‘if they did this once for me they will have to do it again. This made no sense. I am not asking anything for free. Poor customer service.

Hands down best pizzas in Sunbury. We started going here awhile ago as other pizza places were just too inconsistent. This is our fourth time getting pizza from Victoria’s Pizza and the quality, freshness and taste are always superb and consistent. Below we ordered a prawn pizza, a pizza with some meat on it and a plain margarita, they all tasted amazing!
