Boss man is a friendly lad. They got good hot sauce here. Burger is pricy but pretty unique in Sydney. Smoked brisket in my burger was real juicy. Not sure why the 100g smoked brisket I added was tough though… The flavor is very good! I just wished the meat is smoked for longer. Serving is quick so you won’t be late for work!

If you’re a fan of burgers you have to hit uo Valhalla. (Even if you’re not a fan, you need to go because you’ll become a fan after trying theirs out!) Their meat is always tender and juicy, with perfectly melted cheese and seasoned chips to die for! Not to mention, they easily have the friendliest, most personable staff in Chifley tower. Can’t recommend them enough.
