my cousin just came down for a holiday thought we should take her out to dinner we stopped in and it stunk like sewerage everything in the restaurant had layers of dust and other gunk the restaurant was so disgusting we just got take out. We waited for 20 mins to get our food. Got home just to realise they forgot half our food we called up and they sent it to us. When we got it we ate half of the spring roll just to see a cockroach in it Was also undercooked we called up for a refund since they completely messed up our night and they said they would refund us completely until we got there and they only paid us $5.50 out of $180 the worst part is we couldn’t talk to the manager cause they don’t speak English. very disgusted

Below this person what ever he said was barely true. So let get this straight after you got your food you went straight home and about half an hour you called saying there’s cockroach’s in 2 bag of the mini spring rolls and you wanted refund so I asked the boss if he could refund and he said yes, you even said that you have the photos of the cockroach’s in the mini spring rolls but “No” you only showed me the Large spring roll that had a cockroach’s inside because that is reasonable so I gave you the refund for the large spring roll and I couldn’t give you the other refund as you didn’t show the other 2 bag of springs as you said so you lied about that part. The half missing of food wasn’t half it was literally one item missing and you said that you ordered a soup in order but it wasn’t in the list and you said if you could give us the soup for free as a mistake for missing one item so (Yes) because it was our mistake and the Large Spring roll no it wasn’t undercooked we know what’s cooked or what’s undercooked the reason you said it was undercooked because you want others to agree with you and just because you had a bad night since the diner room stinks as we can’t do anything about it because we tried ways to reduce the smell, oh you also that you come here a lot as a regular and loved our food but I guess that’s wrong but you never said a thing about the dining room when you come here a lot for dining and you probably said it now as you didn’t liked the night you had, probably you said for this review because was how bad the night was and those words disgusting, dust sewerage. The refund is $5.50 as you said you would provide a photo of 2 bag of spring with the cockroach’s but you didn’t and only took the photo of Large spring rolls which is confusing and not the 2 bag of spring rolls as well and no (We never said to give u a Completely Refund that is outrageous trying to get all your money back when you only had Cockroach in one item my boss was a willing to give you $21.60 back for the refund because of the spring rolls but you kept on swearing on me and complaining and ditching the refund that you were mad and hanged up on me. Extra Stuff after they orders their food they went straight home and about half an hour they called us because there’s a cockroach inside their food but why half hour like what are you doing for half hour to call us that late when you don’t even live that far yeh pretty much (BS) for what they said.

Enjoy my food from this Chinese Restaurant. Sadly once again, last night the crispy noodles were missing from our take away meal. Third time of something missing from takeaway package. Twice crispy noodles for chow mein and once the sauce for our entree platter. You would be insulted if I pulled it all out to check.

Ordered a an omelette with extra sauce, was extremely dry and had less sauce then you normally get. They then refused to give a refund for something that was inedible. The consistency was doughy not normal egg. Disgusted with the service. Never again

Slow on the ordering take away so phone in first to save the endless wait. Food is mostly good but occasionally the food is average on an off night. I feel it is the best Chinese in the area. Very pricey but they always seem busy so people seem prepared to pay the high price. Overall I would say an average experience. Not the best Chinese. Better at Kanwal village and quicker service and better prices.
