Solid place for quick and tasty vegetarian Mexican. Had a good cheesy quesadilla and chips. Not too flavourful but tasted fresh and had generous portions.

Have been looking forward to coming here for ages and was sorely disappointed. The vegan burritos we ordered both had a weird vomit flavour. I told them and we were offered no refund or replacement but were told they knew the vegan cheese used in the burritos did taste strange (so why serve it to us). I’d actually been waiting years to go here. Music was obnoxiously loud and it was hard to order. Two stars because the margaritas and nachos were pretty good but unfortunately I will not be back after this experience. There are better vegan options around.

Trippy Taco was popular for their Mexican vegetarian/vegan meals. Their food was fresh, well-portioned, and quite flavourful especially the French fries. However the venue was uncomfortably small and tight, and service was so slow that we waited an hour for our food.

Had lunch here midweek, busy spot even at late lunch, good variety in the menu and tasty burritos /tacos. Well priced and inviting with all the sauces you could want. Has a liquor licence a well. Fast service and a cool, relaxed feel to the place. Good burrito (huge and filling) but was lacking something on the seasoning/taste, hence 4 out 5 stars. Will come back for sure.
