Disappointing customer service for a small town business! Most of the time the food here is fantastic and at great price however sometimes there’s too much seasoning on the chips and the food sitting in the bainmarie has been sitting there far too long. The biggest reason for me giving only two stars is unfortunately due to the staff, the business is run by family in a small town and I would have expected them to be a lot friendly but they all seem to lack social skills, I go there regularly and not once have I seen anyone smile (quite frankly they all look like they’d rather die than be there), been asked how I was or even thanked for my business! The older lady is just downright rude, she’s rolled her eyes at me on several occasions and moaned when I ask for something that’s on their menu but I guess they don’t usually do or asked for fresh chips with less seasoning. Customer service needs to improve! I’m choosing to support their business the least they could do is treat me nicely and with some respect, if they’re not interested in improving they may as well close up shop because I’m pretty sick of the way I get treated and I’m sure others are too.
