Disappointing service experience, upon ordering a rice bowl I was advised they had no rice and then told I can buy a larger version of the same dish! Made no sense from a customer perspective, apart from being forced to by a larger meal that was not required.

Soggy old sweet chilli chicken at 11:30am. I asked the lady for a fresh cooked sweet chilli chicken and she grabbed one from the bain-marie and said “yes cooked fresh”. I knew she was lying as the green bean was so old it had turned grey. Foolishly I bought it anyway and the chicken was a soggy mess. The rice had gone crunchy from being in the bain-marie so long. Will not be going back after that experience.
