Great place! We like to order from the scan code much simpler you can have a look over the menu and see how the dishes look like. We enjoy the cocrodile and the pizzas. Kids friendly and relax atmosphere to have a nice lunch or dinner 🙂

Loved it! Very clean, modern, spacious and self service. You have the table number and an app on the corner of your table and you can place your order and pay in one go while sitting at your table. The drinks arrived quickly followed by the food. Just a great experience and good food.

We ended up here after terrible customer service elsewhere and were not disappointed. We were served by the owner who explained the change in management and the reason for the small temporary menu. When I enquired about whether they could make any meal gluten and soy free due to allergies he spoke to the chef who came and spoke to us at the table. I had a steak with gravy, chips and salad! All of our Meals were delicious and we will happily return whilst we were here! Thank you for making an often challenging meal time so easy and accommodating. Greatly appreciated.

Newly revamped as The Reserve. Some interior seating improvements. Nice rooftop bar outdoor area with shade umbrellas. Close to public transport and on the way to/from the Waterfront. Prices not cheap outside happy hours.

Cool vibe- pub style food with some great vegetarian dishes too. Staff were friendly, I don’t like ordering via the phone but they were nice enough to let me order the traditional way.

Smith Street Social is a beautiful venue with a lot of potential, but it seems like both the staff and kitchen don’t cope under pressure. There was a function on upstairs so I maybe they put all their effort there to ensure the people upstairs had a great night. Unfortunately if they can’t successfully run the core business at the same time as a function, they’re better off just doing one or the other.

I waited over an hour for as teak sandwich. 40 minutes in waited another 20 minutes after querying order. table of four young men arrived after me and got food before me. incredibly poor service. place was empty. just not good enough
