Worse bar staff ever. Asked for a cocktail and was told their policy is to stop serving cocktails at 10pm. When I pointed out it was 8:45 the barman told me he just didn’t want to make it. Said I was “near the line”. I was not, having waited the half hour between drinks they demanded and I had been drinking coffee in the gaming room. I think your staff are trying to run your business into the ground with the way they treated not just our group but the only other group that was there too. First and last time I’ll ever go there!

Went here for karaoke, absolutely the best time!! Guy behind the bar Ben was the BEST, he remembered all our drinks and was so positive and made us feel so welcomed. Will be back for sure 🙂

Went to have lunch and ended up walking out… most pubs have a good food eating area… not this one…stood at bar for a good 10 mins while staff chatted just to ask for menu and was told daily specials can order 30min prior to main menu… aka 11:30 specials start all other food 12… 3 small tables in the sports bar is a choice of where you can eat… really expected better, not much choice on menu eother and over priced for what they had on offer. Walked out..

It is a shame when we ring your team to help us stop a family member from gambling, you ignore it. From two phone calls made to your hotel in two days since,hundreds of dollars have been lost. The terrible band was so loud… we couldn’t stay! The minute we entered our ears were blasted in a violent, deafening noise! My ears are still ringing and I’m shouting at everyone still 5 hours later! Horrible experience and I feel very sorry for the lovely girls behind the bar… who were reading lips and doing sign language! Couldn’t rate the food because the band noise forced us to leave the venue and go down the road to another pub.
