Great service for a double birthday celebration. Entrees, sides, bread and mains were all fantastic. Highly recommend the zucchini flowers. The fries and beans were also outstanding sides. If you’re in a rush, let the staff know as otherwise the food will come slower.

It’s a great, relatively new restaurant on the site of the old Hoggs Breath Cafe, north Cronulla beach.

Nice modern atmosphere in Cronulla near the beach. Food and service was 7/10. Would recommend it to anyone who would like a nice relaxing lunch with friends on a beautiful sunny day.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely lunch overlooking the North Cronulla beach yesterday, with freshly shucked oysters and marinated tuna sashimi for entrée, and the delicious Rangers Valley Scotch Fillet and Hand Made Pumpkin Ravioli for our mains. Only disappointment was the 2019 Luis Seabra Xisto Ilimitado Rufet, it was too dry for my palate. Otherwise the service was first class, and I would highly recommend The Pines for your next summer/spring lunch or dinner.

Food was great, service was really good, best steak I’ve had, red wine sauce was perfect to go with the steak. Sommelier who was our waiter was amazing so friendly and very knowledgable with the menu.

Food was good but service absolutely appalling. We could not get another order of drinks, we had to ask for our table to be cleared after waiting for quite some time, not what you would expect with a $600 bill. We won’t be back again based on such bad service. Very dissapointing and when paying the bill no apology offered.
