Travelling the 4 hour trip down south and dropped into this slightly hidden take away on the Pacific Highway Lake Munmorah for a rest break and a feed. We ordered fish and chips, calamari, potato scallops and a burger. Food was tasty and very enjoyable. The seafood and chips tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil and was nice and golden and crisp. They even wrap fried food the old style way in butchers paper. Staff very friendly and helpful. Worth the stop and will definitely come back again when coming through the area. We ate down by the lake around the corner and it was an enjoyable feed and enjoyable setting by the water.

If i could give this a zero stars I would. This would have been the worse burgers i have ever had, they are unable to get the order correct. Will never go here again, such a shame cause the previous owners were great.

What can I say I spent $30+ could just eat the burger, rest of the food went to the dog, staff didn’t acknowledge that I was there just wanted there cash, it’s a shame use to be good before new owners, will not be back.
