Was staying in Darling Harbour and went looking for somewhere to eat – not much was open on a Tuesday evening. What a find. The food was excellent, served quickly and a good size. They had my favourite beverage on tap. The atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated…. which is almost a contradiction. I went the next night keen to try something else on the menu and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend you go give it a try but … can we keep it between us and I’ll see you there.

The perfect location to meet friends before going to see a show at the lyric theatre. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was incredible and the signature and complimentary cocktails we received were an added bonus. I will definitely be coming back to this place again, when I am at Pyrmont. A big shout out to the guy serving us on Sunday night as he was friendly and very efficient. Unfortunately I do not have his name.

Unparalleled quality of traditional signature Italian pastas , we were able to see our delicious pizzas being prepared in the huge done pizza oven. Professional yet friendly and familiar service within the restaurant and from the bar staff. Even managed to locate that lucky poker machine and was treated like an actual VIP within there cosy VIP room. Will certainly be returning to The Laneway next time I’m in Sydney and will be highly recommending this great spot to friends and family.

A big thank you to the staff at Laneway who went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday lunch extra special. Everything I asked for was carried out perfectly and couldn’t fault it at all. Will definitely be back. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service exceptional and friendly.

What an amazing place. The service from the minute we arrived was on point. The decor lush and the menu covered all bases. Best steak sandwich EVER! Juicy delicious steak cooked to perfect, sauce in all the right places – I added avo and cheese. Good choice. Will definitely be back – thank you guys

Arrived in Sydney for a couple of days and walked past this place and decided to go in for a drink. My partner ordered a long island tea and I had a beer. My girlfriend always has long island and we ordered with a friendly girl who made the cocktail. It was amazing, probably one of the best ones she’s had and decided to go again the following evening ( big mistake). The long island tea arrived which could only be discribed as a glass of coke . When I asked for a little more alcohol was answered with a No. Then was told by a very unprofessional girl we don’t give free alcohol. I didn’t want free alcohol I just wanted to alcohol I had paid $20 for. Totally dismissed it and was very rude . Two very different experiences from one night to the other. We don’t Live in Sydney but travel there regularly but will not be returning. Most expensive glass of Coke I have ever paid for.
