I love going to the Hangi Pit, for my fish n chips fix. I tend to over order tho, but that’s okay. Great service with a ☺. Always stocked up with your punetts of mussels, raw fish, trifle puddings, kina. Best place to get the best fried bread anywhere Hangi packs. Go check it out.

I reckon this place is over rated to be honest. My first time eating there kai was 2 weeks ago & the Kai was on point everything we ordered.Went back today thinking the same thing as last time,what a disgrace cold chips with a semi melted block of garlic butter (gross) fish in batter oysters in batter weren’t even fully cooked all the way through! Kai was cooked in a rush. Looks like it’s back to good ole Woodridge seafood lovers & tee’s take away for our Whanau.
