My daughter and I attended the coffee club for breakfast on Saturday. When lining up to order our food, staff continued to walk past without acknowledging me or taking my order. Eventually the coffee man attended the counter and took my order. We sat down, and received our drinks. We waited 45 mins, until i approached staff to ask where our food was. The staff came back to us, asking what we ordered. I told her and then said, if they haven’t stated cooking it, I would like a refund. She said they had not and was more than happy to let us leave. She then attempted to refund me under what we had paid. Not a good experience at all.

Have been here a few times and each experience has been unnecessarily inconvenient. Poor service, wrong orders and waiting time being long even while the cafe is almost empty. They have people taking orders behind the counter who speak/understand very little English, which makes it hard to communicate. Having to repeat order multiple times, then to come out wrong in the end.
