Giving this a one star because the food was so dry and over cooked. We were in a hurry so we ate it anyway . What a bad experience. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back. It has been great in the past. It’s just too risky for the price of it.

The owner is extremely rude to the customers & her staff. She was yelling abuse at all her staff in front of all the customers the whole time we were having our breakfast. We felt very sorry for the staff. We will never go there again. I hope the staff find other jobs & get away from her abuse. It was a very unpleasant experience to say the least!!!

We have been customers of this coffee shop for years and the owner was always friendly and happy, however we were there last week and her rudeness was noted. Today, again we went in for lunch and again she was abrupt and rude so we decided to leave and find another coffee place for lunch in the square and were treated with courtesy.

Ordered the flatgrill which was burnt and inedible, received the response saying “we never had a complaint about flatgrill before, we just opened after 9 months and we are humans too” which is no excuse to send bad food out when we are paying good amount of money for food. And all the other meals we received were missing ingredients on them. The coffee tasted more like a hot chocolate than a mocha. Overall a very disappointing response by the owner regarding the issue. Will not be returning.
