Coffee like warm at best. Slow service and food cold. Too much focus on drive through. I ordered a Moroccan dish that in the description did not mention cherry tomatoes and the base was nothing much more, horrid. Got free coffees for the delays and they we like warm as well. Got the B team this week for sure last Sunday was a nice experience.

We had our brunch today. Coffee was really good no doubt, customer service is excellent but the food was pretty bad. We ordered the big breaky it taste average and its very cold. The only hot on our plate are the eggs, the tomato salsa is really good but all food on the plate should be hot so that everything are perfect. I hope you work on it. Thank you.

I frequent this Coffee Club as it’s on the way to work. Within the past 6months there have been several occasions where I’m just left at the drive thru at the order box and no one talks to me for 20-30mins. I don’t know what’s going on but after 20-30mins I just get fed up and try leave if there is no one backed up behind me. Today was the same deal but I left after 15mins just waiting for someone to talk to me. I guess they don’t like making money….

Went to drive through first waited for 5 mins and no one answered, so we went inside and saw staff wearing headsets. Ordered at counter staff member was nice, but waited nearly 30mins for our food which was a bacon egg roll and a flat grill, they weren’t overly busy either and it was sitting under the grill for about 10mins before staff delivered, it was nearly cold. Food was still nice though and staff were apologetic

Good location and nice place, unfortunately had a bad experience starting with the chocolate cake that was is the display cabinet, it tasted like cardboard was lifeless no flavour, just hard and disgusting, I will admit that the staff are friendly and nice which is a bonus, but every time I go there, they are closed to go eat in and sit; when the website says otherwise which is a bit frustrating. I understand there is a drive-through but some people rather not drive through so I think it should be changed on the website. Probably won’t go back. Sadly wasn’t an experience I enjoyed.

The service has gone from bad to worse. Last time waited on food for over an hour and then they stuff up the order. This time just the same, been almost an hour again and still no food. Place is filthy as well. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Carrara Coffee Club is an extremely bad experience time after time, staff are inexperienced. Watching them work it takes over 15mins to make a single coffee. Such a shame. We won’t be back. We tried to support local business for long enough.
