It seems to be the hang out for the local older folks in Baccus Marsh and it might be all right if you only order a takeaway coffee. However, we didn’t have a good experience at this cafe on our way to Halls Gap. We waited more than 30min for our food while the place didn’t seem to be busy at all. The sweet potatoes were nearly burnt. We ordered the chicken and sweet potato salad, which hardly had any dressing on it. The service was really bad too. Staff didn’t seem to care much.

Long wait time. I was supposed to get my food in 30mins as the staff mentioned during the order taking. However, I get my food pretty late and waited about 45 minutes instead of 30mins. I was unable to apply my coupon from the coffee club app.

absolute horrible experience! We had to wait 45+ minutes for food when the place was only 1/3 full and once received the scrambled eggs were over cooked dry and rubbery, bacon was slimy and food was terrible in general. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, even argued and tried to refuse a refund when we asked. Complete waste of time and money, definitely not worth going there ever….

At 12.45 pm on Thursday the 27th October 2022 went to the counter to order a lunch meal for my wife and I only to wait in line to be finally notified sirry no more meals as the kithen is closed and we were turned away along with the young fellow with the shoulder lenght hair needs an education in customer service he was nothing short of being rude
