Two meals ordered. Toasted ham cheese tomato. Great sandwich. He asked to see sandwich menu as noted on main menu. Assistant said just tell us what you want. He ordered ham and salad. Arrived: ham and lettuce only. No other salad items. Not impressed.

We ordered 10 coffees to go. We waited over 45 minutes for our order. At one point, we saw they began our coffee order but would make other orders that came after us. I guess this reduced the number of people waiting in the cafe, but it only compounded our wait time.

Was most disappointed by the pancakes with fresh strawberries I ordered for my mum. Not a fresh strawberries insight (yet Coles next door had punnets of them) the sauce they put on the side instead was just Strawberry syrup,not even a coulis made from frozen strawberries. Either change the menu or advise at point of sale that you don’t have something so expectations are set or the order can be changed.

The staff seemed bored and it took a couple of minutes to order. Asked for different cups for the drinks but still got glasses which we didn’t want even though the server confirmed what we wanted. Didn’t take too long for food and drinks to arive.

Extremely disappointed. Served burnt Nachos. Had paid extra for the beef. The taste was awful so I had to ask for fresh Nacho chips. This was accommodated but for $19 was not worth it. I understand that these things happen but cannot understand how it was served to me. In the past I have had lovely meals at rhe Coffee Club.
