I’m from Philly and can say this is the best cheesesteak I’ve had in Oz! I had the Philly cheesesteak & waffle fries and was very satisfied! I got the cheese whiz and loved it. They had the right kind of steak & the flavor was on point! I got a Dr Pepper too and they have lots of different flavored sodas ☺️ the staff were super friendly and nice. Perfect end to a big day in the Blue Mountains

Stopped by prior to New Years Eve (2021) – on the way to nearby Lincoln’s Rock Lookout – We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak rolls with American Cheese along with a few items of imported confectionery and beverages from the US. This was topped off with a couple of Thickshakes. Staff were polite and efficient and the hot food was delicious. My Canadian wife was pleased to find locally sourced food that was familiar with what she grew up with. We look forward to visiting again.

Just ordered here for the first time tonight. The food was delicious and the customer service above par! It was freezing so I waited in my car and the lovely guy serving brought it out to me. So thoughtful!

We got a Philly and Texas roll and both were really nice. Soft roll, the right amount of cheese and really good quality steak. Great range of American drinks as well! The Factory Fries had a deceptive amount of cheese, because it just kept going! Delicious!!

With a lunch looming in Leura, a few suburbs further up the Blue Mountains, I didn’t have the stomach real estate to give The CheeseSteak Factory the going over it deserves. Suffice to say, even on a short visit, their snack range alone, makes it worthwhile rest stop.

It’s too slow. Seriously, took way too long. Unacceptable pace. The funniest part was that it wasn’t even a large order. Disappointing. EDIT: The cheeseburger was – to put it kindly – average. Probably could make at home in 7 minutes (I have done it before) rather than the 15 it took there.
