I love the atmosphere. You’ve got the option to sit inside or outside on the deck overlooking the Mexican-style architecture and pool. The team are friendly and accommodating too. There’s probably some room for improvement on updating the food covers and increasing the available range (particularly to be allergy friendly). It would be worth tailoring the food to match the theme of the venue, specifically, providing Mexican cuisine. This would lend to the customer experience – it’s cost effect to cater and the quality is arguably more controllable to maintain. It would follow the same reasoning behind the success of the resort – again, maximizing the experience putting the customers in “another world”. Keep being friendly and keep putting customers first.
