Excellent experience start to finish. Phoned up last minute for a booking that could accomodate a high chair and had no issue. Restaurant is wonderfully presented with great ambience. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Our food and drinks came out quickly and was some of the best Thai we’ve had. The bill at the end of the evening was a pleasant surprise given the great food and lovely experience we had, certainly have recommended the restaurant to friends and family. Will be back to try more of the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The authenticity of the cuisine was unparalleled, and the six dishes we ordered were all incredibly delicious, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and spices that were true to Thai cuisine.

We have visited Thai on Grove twice – first time was mixed impressions and second time was terrible. If you still want to go then be aware of 3 things: 1) Don’t ask for a ‘mild spicy’ dish – we did and they tasted of absolutely nothing and the tables have no salt or any other spices you could add yourself. 2) When you call to make a booking then stay away from the street entrance as the cars are quite noisy and there are people coming and going to get pickup orders. 3) We ordered food at 6:30pm: first dish came 7pm, second dish 7:10pm and third dish came … NEVER 😮 We asked many times about the third dish but eventually left with one of us having gotten no dinner at all!! How can any restaurant not bring dishes for a small group of 3 at the same time and miss one person completely 😮 We are not going back.

Ordered takeaway from Thai on Grove and it was delicious! The app system to place my order was easy to use. My order was ready at the specified time. The lady serving me was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious (pad thai, green curry, spring rolls and duck pancakes). We will definitely be back!

Had a beautiful meal here tonight. We had satay skewers & duck pancakes for entree – both lovely!

While the food here was good the evening was undone completely by poor service. Struggled to get wait staff attention, entres came out with an awkward wait between them, others who ordered after us seemed to get the same dishes before us and we had to ask for plates. Further our last drink order was completely forgotten, with no apology when paying the bill. Staff seemed more interested in clearing and setting up tables than looking after diners.
