Yesterday me and my friend went their for the first time ever and we were both quite impressed with the overview of the new venue. The Boss Burrito and churros are the best bits of Taco Bell’s menu I wouldn’t think there’s any other Mexican fast food chain quite like this one.

Twice I ate there and twice I got the “runs.” That’s right…mild food poisoning. Soon after enjoying several tacos I developed rather sharp abdominal pain, followed by a dash to the toilet, on both occasions.

30 minute wait in the drive through. Ordered multiple meals for the family, they clarified the order was correct and it was. Got the meal and went home to find out they left the chips out of every meal despite charging me for them. I even questioned the girl to make sure everything was in it and she confirmed it was. Tried calling to notify them of their mistake but number is disconnected. Absolutely hopeless.

We went through drive thru and half of their menu was out of stock. We then opted for chicken but when we got to the next window and we found out order taker took our order wrong. We then waited for over 15 minutes, and we were still given the wrong order. 2 bean only tacos in a meal for $16.45? There is no chance I will be going back here. All I can say is they need a competent adult manager on site.

Absolutely disgusting service sat in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes missing half our. Order went back in the man at the drive through didn’t see me there and was putting me down and saying I’m a liar when he definitely missed all of our chips . First and last time I will never eat here again !

I had the pleasure of grabbing lunch today from Cessnock TacoBell. I was greeted with a lovely voice over the box to order and rounded to corner to the first window, where Claire was standing waiting to review my order and for me to pay. She had a beaming smile, was extremely polite and very engaging. I asked how long they’d been open and she explained that it’s only been a week and how they’re all still learning and if I had any questions don’t hesitate to ask and they (including herself) would be happy to help! So with a smile I drove to the next window.. where a wonderful happy Grace was collecting my order. She was so lovely when I asked about the sauces and was so friendly. I felt very happy seeing smiling, polite people at a drive through window for a change.

If I could give no stars I would ! Waited in the drive through for nearly an hour. When we pulled in there were only a few cars in front of us ! No apology from staff and food is average. This is the LAST time my son will get his Taco Bell fix ! Ridiculous

New shop in town thought I’d take the kids for dinner and try this. The wait was over 1 hour. The food was soggy and dumped in a paper bag . Once I checked it in front of the young guy 4 tacos was missing snd I only had half my meal packed . I told them they said they would fix it I then got my food went home and still was one meal short I didn’t get hard taco shells as asked half of them was the soft wraps. I couldn’t be bothered to even call them or go back . After spending $60 and the service was rude and the food went to my dog . I will never return to this shop again. It’s nothing but a waist of money and food my dog didn’t even eat it. Totally disappointing to half this shop in town . I don’t think it will last long snd be open with the soggy taco’s and staff that don’t know what there doing.

…… drive through at Taco Bell was great service friendly staff. Then the food came, I ordered a Stacked Hot Chips thinking this looks so good on the board. Might have to share the portion with someone. I opened the humungous paper bag to find this small tiny box down below. I opened it up and to my surprise it was half empty and nothing like the advertisement on the board. A huge mistake on my part and a waist of $11,95.
