I am hoping the owner or the manager get back to me to sort out my issue as the store staff couldn’t help me at all. I had lunch at your shop on the 5th of Oct at 12.09pm and spend about $19. The food was ok but not much choice at this facility, however I later realised that the total charge on my card a couple of days later was more than that on the tax invoice that was provided to me. I went into your store and asked for the tax invoice to show all card surcharges or fees as it should be, never received a tax invoice that didn’t include the total cost inc. all fees before. Not sure if that’s even legal. I now have an issue as the charge was on my corporate card and now my finance department wont accept your tax invoice as you didn’t include the card fees on it so the totals dont match! The store staff told me that I should have come on the same day to sort it out as they seem to not know how to pull up an older tax invoice so I am hoping your finance team can get this to me.
