The sushi of this restaurant are very delicious and the dishes were displaying very eye-catching. But we need to wait before eating. The staff are very good. They served the food very fast. I like this play eventhough i just tried it for the 1st time.

Classic sushi train franchise. Food quality is good and consistent. Chefs are mostly Japanese. I would recommend ordering off the menu because depending on time of day, those dishes might be going round and round for a long time and not be as fresh. Also ask for fresh wasabi rather than the packet stuff. Ramen was average for $8. Stick to the sushi and ships. Service is friendly and respectful. Come early as seats are limited (~50), not good for big groups. Table of 4 was the largest.

I came here for my break and ordered for take out but because they were closing they had limited plate left. The lady was very helpful in getting me any last plates that i would like, the food was really delicious and filling. Service was fast. They were very nice with thier greeting and farewell

I’ve always liked chinatown sushi train better than the other ones but recently when I went there the staff were a mess and the food was not very fresh. There were so many trainees with no one looking after them in hall and inside sushi bar. The waiter forgot what drinks we ordered and didn’t ask if we wanted sauce like the other staff do. I ordered a salmon tobiko ship with the qr code, the girl gave me salmon toro ship instead. I don’t mind if they make mistakes so I told her I didn’t order it and she kindly asked me what I ordered but in the end it never came so I just gave up.

We have had our lunch here today, the dishes here were great and the variety of the sushi is way better than the most of the sushi bars in Sydney city,(specially the fake Japanese restaurants running by the Korean chef).
