8/5/2022 Went to the downstairs location which was just closing and was politely redirected to the 2nd floor location which was open and well stocked. Staff were efficient and friendly even though they were very busy. Purchased cooked tuna & cucumber and crispy chicken hand rolls which were excellent as always. Was very impressed with the small bag they were packed in. A great improvement from the usual disposable plastic trays! That alone ensures sushi sushi will be my preferred choice. Well done!

The staff is rude. We need 8 inari for the kids and she only got 3. She told us need 15min if you can wait(with unfriendly face). Guess what?! And we waited 20 minutes and they still not making it!!! Their attitude like eat what we have prepared.

Sushi sushi Eastland ground floor. Rude. The customer server had no smile, and looked like she couldn’t be bothered assisting me. When I said thank you at the end, no response (verbally or through body expression).

I asked for sushi without eggs due to allergies, lady gave me 3 sushis. One bite, and I realised there was mayo in them. Suspicious, I returned to ask it there was egg in mayo, lady rudely refunded the money and said they won’t serve me anymore because they don’t know what’s in the sushi. She was very visibly annoyed at me.

Today’s friendly staff in Eastland food court made fresh sushi for my partner as she is pregnant. They also provided extra ginger for her. Sushi was excellent! Thanks guys!
