This place has always been great. It has a different owner now, but they have thankfully kept the same good system and food. The ordering system with the tablets works really well, and there are always good options on the conveyor belt as well.

I’ve notice a change of new management since we came in last week to dine in. Been eating here for 4 years as a local and I’ve notice straight away the quality of fresh salmon is very poor now. The colour is so pale and tasteless and no longer fresh or acceptable quality. I won’t be coming back for a while . .

Ordered 8 servings of sushi for takeaway and realised on the way home we were missing 3 servings. Ordered the large California roll and got 90% lettuce and 10% meat and had to wait nearly 30mins for our order. One of the worst sushi trains I’ve been too. Don’t recommend.

Very disappointed with this business. After seeing a movie at Balmoral cinema. I thought that I might get some standard sushi rolls to take home, to have later when family were coming over. ( tuna sushi rolls should be the basic all sushi shops should have). But I was told by male attendant that the longer ( standard tuna rolls were off the menu). I could only purchase pre-made already cut up packs. This is not what I wanted. I would have waited for them to be made. But was told that “ we can’t help you. Different menu now”. I walked down a little further along Oxford Street and found a different sushi shop, who had exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I know where I’ll be getting my sushi from next time I visit Bulimba. Not good enough Sushi Station by Mistaboo. Please do better!

I received a plate of edamame with no bowl for the pods, I pressed the ‘call staff’ button after which I visibly saw the gent who works the floor roll his eyes and when I asked for a bowl I was informed, ‘No! you don’t need a bowl, you can just leave them on the table’. No yourself! Thank you sir, I prefer not to leave my food scraps on the table like an animal as I eat.

Usually a 15-20min stay, food is quick, easy and fresh and if u can’t see anything u like, u can order through the menu screen so u don’t even need to talk to anyone if you are antisocial quiet atmosphere and is not stuffy at all. Stare out the door and people watch or glue yourself to your phone- u will be left alone

Way too much mayonnaise. Sushi salad didn’t look anything like pics. Came with prawns instead of kingfish. Chicken skewers way too much sauce.
