It’s good , many options to pick from. Can’t go wrong if you want some easy sushi train.

Excellent and quick spot for some sushi train. Sushi is fresh during the dinner rush. We enjoyed a good variety of flavors and styles of sushi. Service is fine, but lean. The staff is working hard to manage a busy store: cleaning tables as soon as they’re emptied. Great if you’re in a rush but looking for a sit down meal.

Most expensive and worst sushi trains i’ve been to. Tiny rolls. Unfriendly staff.

First time visiting since it changed from Sushi Bay. Unfortunately, the poor service really dominated our experience.

This is one of my favourite sushi train venues because it’s quick and accessible. It can be quite busy but that’s ok because it means that the sushi is always fresh and the food turn over is fast. Nothing spends too long on the conveyor belt before being snapped up. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love that you can see the chefs making the plates up while you wait. It’s really impressive to see their knife skills and dexterity. You can also order hot food off the menu. They have karaage don and noodles too.

Too expensive and does not offer a good enough range of nigiri to justify the price range. Menu does not provide the pricing for a la carte sushi. Rice was not vinegared or cooked well, mushy and lacking flavour. Weird to say it but the sushi trains in the City (e.g Edomae Yokocho) are more bang for buck, offer better quality and uncommon cuts and overall a better dining experience.

Place looks clean and nice. Sushi not the best. Surprised that there was two large bones in a single small slice of fish that was not cleared. Have never had bones left in a fish at a sushi place. Chef needs to pay attention to his work and not just chatting with others. Overly sweet sushi otherwise. Great if sweet is what you like. Otherwise, for authentic great sushi, maybe have a look elsewhere

Expensive, and the waiters always have a mood on their face. Quite sad honestly because the place is beautiful. Most of the sushi is caked in sauce to mask the freshness of the food. They have also decided to completely remove the pricing of coloured plates? So it is always a gamble on how much you truly spend, or how much per plate is. No clarity whatsoever.

First time customer last night, won’t be back there again. Staff are miserable and unwelcoming, made us feel like we were a burden when we were paying customers there to eat. Staff need some serious training on their customer service skills. It was also very empty barely any customers

I don’t quite understand the negative reviews. Sushi musa is great – I was pleasantly surprised they have opened in Parramatta as we used to go often to the one in Rousehill.
