Terrible layout, not sure why they changed it, now I have to look at the people opposite rather than the sushi makers. Menu leaves much to the imagination and seems very western orientated. I didn’t particularly enjoy the food – leaving uneaten sushi behind, which is not normal for me. Sushi service is slow as I ordered everything I ate as the sushi on the train looked pretty terrible.

Never realised sushi hub had sushi train in Westfield City. Seems newly renovated and I went around 230pm, so it wasn’t as crowded. Sushi was ok, at par with the takeaways.

Sushi hub in other locations are usually great… I went in on a Sunday, it was not busy at all and there were a lot of staff “working”. They were SO rude in EVERY interaction. I was stunned, especially as I’m someone who goes out of my way to be kind to any workers having to deal with the public. The food was also revolting… It was really disappointing. I ended up leaving after a few plates and going to another place to eat. I will not be back.

One of the female staffs has the worst attitude ever. I was just having a look and still deciding what to get, she could have just served another customer first instead of giving me the the ‘choose quickly pls theres someone waiting’ kind of attitude and this 1star review exists because of the moment she threw the sushi bag on the counter for me when I paid. Attitude attitude attitude. Can’t control your attitude dont work in hospo. Every other staffs were so friendly but this girl literally ruined the experience.
