I prefer ordering party platters from this branch as opposed to the one in Campbelltown Mall as they accept orders within one hour from pickup time. Staff members are accommodating and friendly.

Bought a Sushi Box today, they didn’t even bother to give any wasabi satchels. You’d think buying a proper meal box they’d include it – like seriously you want to save on a 2.5g Wasabi satchel that costs about 1-2 cents and lose a regular customer. Greedy way of doing business, very disappointed.

They do good work here. The chefs are great and I’ve never eaten a bad dish that I’ve ordered. Only reason for 3 stars is the food sometimes gets left on the train too long for me and the prices are higher compared to others places and I can’t see or taste why.. But all in all, a good place to eat

Came today to get the prawn katsu but it was sold out. The Asian guy with glasses was working and I asked him if it’s possible to make new ones. He asked me how many prawn katsu I want, and after telling him two pieces only, he looked at the kitchen staff and then responded they will not make anymore for the rest of the day. This was at 2:20 pm today, or do you actually not make new ones when one batch of food is finished knowing you close at 5pm? Why do you need to lie? As it was pretty clear you guys weren’t interested into fulfilling customer’s order simply because I requested 2 pieces of prawn katsu only. Would it be different if I asked 10 pieces of prawn katsu? I only got the impression your staff is purely lazy!
