I had the pleasure of dining at my favourite restaurant, located in Edmonton, Cairns, and it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly made pizzas and pastas filled my nose and made my mouth water. I cannot get enough of their garlic prawn and jambalaya dishes – absolutely phenomenal! But let me tell you, the lasagne was the real showstopper for me. The richness and fullness of the flavour made me feel like I was back in Italy.

My favourite main is the lasagne. The full rich taste is Gr8. Wish I could get the trade secrets on that one. Last time in January we tried the Brazilian style pizza – woah baby. It’s worth the 20 hour drive to get there – for me. If I was a little closer I’d be surfing all the menu choices on a monthly basis. Ps/ the seafood pasta is also very on point. My wife loves that.
