Useless staff. One girl serving all by herself while the other girl was out the back refilling sauces. Was only me and 1 other customer and still took 20 minutes to get served. What ever happened to serving customers. Surprised the place isn’t broke. Also only got minimal salads. 6” and only got 2 slices of tomato and cucumber on each. Worst subway I’ve ever had and lazy useless staff so so much for customer service.

I like to think I’m a forgiving person, but you guys need to up the hygiene. I’ve had a long black hair in my sub once. I forgave it, mistakes happen. I mildly cared that the employee didn’t change gloves after touching meat, to then start handling my vegetable sub. However, now you’ve served customers rotten/off vegetables. The spinach smelled and tasted like nail polish remover (or what I imagine it would taste like). I didn’t even get lettuce because it was brown. I’ve worked in food service, I know owners make employees use the food even when it is past expiry. Perhaps a visit from a health inspector would change things…

girls who work here are rude, english is their second language so they don’t have much understanding of it, before making my sandwich she handled cash while gloves on & then started making my sandwich without changing the gloves & then she only put three scoops on foot long seafood, every other subway I get four scoops of seafood on foot long.
