Was passing through Ingham on our way to Port Douglas, ordered online from the road. Had just placed the order when we were parking, by the time we walked inside the food was just about ready, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and the subs were well made. Will definitely stop in next time we pass through.

Absolutely terrible service here last night when passing through Ingham. The lady with the piercing under her bottom lip just walked out and looked at us as if it was a nuisance that we had walked in. If we weren’t starving and wanting a healthier option for dinner we would have walked straight out. Customer service training is required ASAP.
