I recently went here with a supported customer. The lady who served him was very polite and professional. She was also patient with my customer, who needs extra time to get things across, most importantly she did not dismiss him and look to me (as very often happens.) I wish I had checked for her name as I’d have put a personal complement in about her. Really appreciated her attitude.

I was served by a lady named Jackie I think and she was amazing. There was the proper portions of all ingredients not too much or too little. It was made to perfection best subway I have had and I get it for lunch while working regularly.

I don’t mind pre closing and getting stuff ready for close, but your hours say you close at 4:30, I got here at 3:40, even though I start work at 6 at the centre here because I wanted to get subway before it closed however this was not possible for they refused to make any subs and were only doing cookies and drinks, this is unacceptable.
