Had the best food here today! Hands down my favourite subway, all of the staff were lovely and paid attention to every sandwich making sure everyone loved what they got 10/10. I don’t know the staffs names but the 2 lovely ladies and 1 man working around 12pm this Saturday. I can’t Thankyou all enough!

There was plenty of parking, tables and clean area here, 3 staff on more than adequate for 11 o’clock in the morning. All in all was a decent experience at subway. But in my opinion I would say the sandwiches are better at the torquay subway.(full of salad, and when you ask for extra olives you get a hand full not 3 more.)

Made an online order to be picked up at a certain time. I arrive about 2 min early and they didn’t even start my order. There was only 1 other person infront of me and apparently the person on the register didn’t print the order. They store didn’t seem to have anyone in charge and lots of young workers that seem to think working there is a holiday. Thankfully 1 man there sorted it out for me but this is very poor service

Great place to pick up a bit to get . Some of the staff are so rude. There is no service with a smile. It’s like talking to a mop . I feel sorry to the people who own it . If they only new what went on behind the doors. But there are some people out there that are as rude to them .

Granted it appeared to be around shift change after lunch but the service was very ordinary, and the tables were grotty. My first time in this store but certainly not up to the high standard that I have always encountered and enjoyed at subway stores everywhere else.

I have not been to this store, in ages due to poor service, went back today for the first time, and it’s even worse! The guy handled cash with his gloves on, and then proceeded to make my subs with the same gloves still on!!!

New staff member Jack is a legend. However… Everytime I come in during lunch there is no structure and most staff hide out the back including managers. Poor online orders still have to wait even longer due to such little structure. No fresh bread and messy tables.
