Conveniently located Subway store in Ashmore. They are open again. There is ample parking in the shopping centre. Friendly staff. It has all the menus of a usual Subway. Currently, there is no in-store dining, but there are some seatings outside.

The male that was working at 3:45pm on Thursday the 31st of January was quite unfriendly, never smiled. The poor girl working next to him seemed new and had to ask a lot of questions and he didn’t seem to help her much at all. She was very friendly and did an excellent job.

This is the best Subway store in our area. We have a closer store, Benowa Gardens (which is always terrible – sloppily made subs by staff that give off a vibe they don’t want to be there and don’t care about what they’re making you – they’re always out of ingredients too) but the Pit Stop Subway is better in every way. We drive the extra distance to get friendly fast service, fresh ingredients, subs made with attention and care. We visit weekly.

This particular crew at Subway are amazing! They always get our orders right and anytime we need to place a catering order on the phone they are more than happy to do so. Even if they are unable to get to the phone straight away due to other customers they always call me back immediately. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend them more! 🙂

I’ve made an order on Menulog few minutes ago. While I was waiting for my order the restaurant called me “we are run out of bread, we don’t have any bread at all, you have to cancel your order”. I was like what really?? I’m so disappointed, cause I like subway so much and I never imagined it would happen. Anyway, this feedback not to criticise, just to the restaurant make any necessary improvements. Thanks.
