Seriously is there no training. Emma seriously pay attention and put more effort in. You couldn’t have made a worse sub. Piling everything into the middle of the sub. All of my onion up one end. Like 4 olives. And the sauce missed half of the sub. It infuriates me watching it happen. I usually say something but I’m so over it. Most subways are the same but this is by far the worse I’ve had. I was gobsmacked.

Very rushed and rude service at this Subway, very little attention to detail on fillings and little care given to how the sandwich is wrapped up, resulting in most of my fillings ending up on the wrap rather than the sandwich. I would recommend going down the road to Redland Bay Subway instead.

I worked here as a teen. Manager is Dave, terrible guy!!! And terrible management! Fired me on new years day for not arriving 5 minutes early, instead I was on the dot. Pretty sure that’s illegal

Absolutely appalling rude customer service, served by a young blonde girl this morning who clearly hates her job and doesn’t want to be at work. 3 times I stated my order that I wanted my chicken toasted not the bread roll!! Not that difficult if you listen to the instructions from the customer! I then got the stony death stare and silence. She then proceeded to put onion on my sandwich after I said no onion. Lots of other bad reviews from other customers saying the same thing! Need to employ staff who want to work and serve the customers who are paying their wages.
