Very bad experience. I bought 9 footlong but none of them was made properly. When we opened our subway it was more like rubbish bin. I can’t imagine anyone can make subway like this. Really disappointed.

Had a few bad experiences including missing ingredients, not reading order notes, barely filled subs and rude customer service from one individual. However i called and the rest of the staff were lovely and made a delicious, full sub with the extras that i did not receive and waived the price of the extras.

Since the new owners have taken over there always seems to be something wrong with our orders. It’s not difficult to make a sandwich yet somehow they manage to make it hard. Had to explain that the cheese needs to be on top of the meat to be toasted, not under it and this information seemed very tricky for the worker to understand
