I support this place alot since I’m always on the go with work. Most the time they have the best fresh food. I was a little disappointed since they never have tuna in stock. Which is the only thing I really like there. Same with the cookies. However last night we were serviced by this young lady. I watched as she treated a customer & her poor coworker. Absolutely mortified at her behaviour. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, it was horrible to witness. The owner should have a word to this worker, as she doesn’t deserve a job treating people like that.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I had a really pleasant experience at Subway Woolgoolga, one worth sharing. I noticed via Facebook they were going above and beyond to service those affected by floods. I decided to take a trip up to support the business. The staff were very polite, friendly and their care in preparing the food was admirable. Will most definitely be paying the shop another visit. Thank you to the team for your excellent service.

Horrible experience, came in around 12pm (peak lunch time) and the younger girl was chatting with her coworker for 5 minutes before serving us. Then for her to tell us that they have no bread although I could see bread. So I asked what about the bread in the cupboard and her reply was “it’s not good” and that they only had wraps left. If the bread “isn’t good” why is it sitting there?

Took 10 minutes to make 2 subs after the employees mucked around for a bit while I was the only customer in the store at the time. “Toasted” subs were barely toasted, the employee never asked what cheese (which barely melted) was on the 2nd sub and just assumed they were both the same. After getting through the salads, which took ages, I ordered some cookies and the employee put the on the table and rushed me off and walked away.
