I understand this subway is incredibly busy and everytime I go in it’s obvious they’re under pressure. I’ll also excuse poor service if I can tell employees are having a rough day but if the customer service is poor every single time I go in that tells me that it’s not just a one off. Maybe they’re under staffed, maybe there’s pressure from upper management, I don’t know but something needs to change. If I want the price on something then I don’t expect an “I don’t know” followed by a face that screams ‘don’t talk to me’. I shouldn’t have to resort to google to find your menu prices and I definitely shouldn’t be made to feel like Im bothering anyone when I just want to order some food. I don’t want anyone getting scolded hence why I won’t name the employees that I have been served by. I work in customer service and I know what happens when a bad review is left, I just expect a little patience from your employees.
