On a few occasions I have recently been to Subway Lake Munmorah I have been served by an outstanding young lady named Isabella. She is a very mature, polite and helpful young lady that makes coming to this store a pleasure. Isabella is an asset to this store. Well done to her. Have had both good and bad subs from here , unfortunately the entire subway franchise chain have the same inconsistency problem . All comes down to very young staff that have not being trained and supervised properly, not there fault subway are responsible.

Come here all the time but today wasn’t my luck I guess. Got tuna Mayo with garlic butter at 02 :40ish. The girl run out butter, I don’t know if they have extra but she barely put any butter and hardly any tuna, so after she toasted I have to ask her to put extra tuna, which I am happy to pay extra. $3 ain’t big deal. It is my cheating meal day. I want the tease of butter and protein on my sandwich. Hope I didn’t offended here asking for extra tuna.
